“They couldn’t have been more professional, from Kyle the salesman to Brandon and Chris the installers. Kyle explained everything in detail, took photos of the unit so we could see the condition. Brandon and Chris masked off everything in the closet, put drop clothes on the floors, and then cleaned it all up when they finished. They removed and replaced the A/C and furnace in 6 1/2 hours. They even contract with a trash removal company to pick up the old units. We were impressed with their speed and professionalism. Wonderful company.”

Our 2 zone system is over 16 years old, had high operating costs, and began to blow run capacitors and motors on a regular basis. On Sunday, we drove to Costco and met with Ronald who provided basic information on Champion Air and what they were about, and what products they installed (Lennox – the top of the line). He set up an appointment with Neil for us on the following day. We gave Neil the tour of the house, showed him our aging equipment, explained the issues we were facing and he did the calculations to decide what systems to install, and we agreed on a price. He is a no nonsense, honest and straightforward person. He means what he says, and is up front with information and answers. There’s no need to haggle. The final numbers were reached without any “salesman tactics”. We got 2 amazing systems fully installed THE VERY NEXT DAY. Carlos Martinez and his crew arrived at 7am and worked tirelessly until 6:30pm to completely remove the old systems, install the new heat pumps and air handlers, solder gas lines, etc. Both outside and inside, even in the attic. (By the way, the temperature outside was 116°.)
They left after making sure the work areas were spotlessly clean.
The new systems are quiet (much, much quieter than our previous ones) and are variable speed, so they are efficient at cooling the house without using so muchj electricity.
