Needed 2 new AC units. Went through Costco and was connected with Champion Air. My sales rep Neil was fantastic. We agreed on a price and the very next day both units were installed. The installation crew was very quick and professional. Quality service. I would recommend their services.

I was introduced to Champion Air through Costco and am so thankful! Neil came out and learned about what we needed and were looking for. He was upfront about the process and the cost. The install day came and Chris and Carlos did a wonderful job! We are so happy with our new system and feel better going into summer. I don’t take a before picture but envision 20 year old units that sat in the sun. Champion also cleaned up the wiring and it looks so good and clean now!

Pricing was great thru Costco. Installed within 2 days an very friendly and careful took less time than projected.

We just had a new Lennox variable speed AC/Heat Pump installed by Champion Air. We visited the AC display at Costco and arranged for a representative to come to the house. Neil Chrisney came out the next day and explained to us how the new system would work and possible energy savings. He was very helpful at answering our questions. The only concern was the cost of the equipment. But inflation is real.
The installation crew came 4 days later. They were at the stated time and even 10 minutes early. They prepared the walking areas in the house with tarps, so nothing got on the floors. They removed the old unit and got the new air handler back up the same opening. They ran an additional duct to the master bedroom to cool it down more in the summer. They were very courteous and explained what they were doing and how the new system would work. They downloaded the app on my phone and showed me how to use it and the new thermostat. My wife was very impressed with their cleanup of the hallways and floors in the house and all the outside area.

They couldn’t have been more professional, from Kyle the salesman to Brandon and Chris, the installers. Kyle explained everything in detail, and took photos of the unit so we could see the condition. Brandon and Chris masked off everything in the closet, put drop cloth on the floors, and then cleaned it all up when they finished. They removed and replaced the A/C and furnace in 6 1/2 hours. They even sent a trash removal company to pick up the old units. We were impressed with their speed and professionalism. Wonderful company.
